These Terms apply to Live A Go-Go, a Pattaya nightlife directory operated by Fedriko Projects Pty Ltd together with Serenity Agogo Group (“Live A Go-Go”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Adults only
The website is intended only for people aged 18 years or older. You must leave the website if you are under 18 or if viewing nightlife content is unlawful where you are located.
2. Directory information
Venue profiles are supplied by venue owners, managers, public sources or authorised contributors. Review of a profile is a moderation step only; it is not an endorsement, licence verification, safety certification or guarantee. Hours, prices, entertainment, entry rules and other details can change, so visitors should confirm important information directly with the venue.
3. Free venue profiles and accounts
Eligible venue owners or authorised managers may submit a free profile. You must provide accurate, current information, keep your login details secure and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may request verification, edit formatting, reject, unpublish or remove a profile where information is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with these Terms.
4. Your content and permissions
You must own or have permission to use every photograph, logo, video, description and other item you submit. You retain ownership of your content and grant Live A Go-Go a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and promote that content for operating and marketing the directory. You may request removal of your content, subject to reasonable backup, record-keeping and legal requirements.
5. Prohibited use
You must not submit or use the website for content or conduct that is false, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, malicious, exploitative, discriminatory or unlawful; depicts or facilitates abuse or exploitation; involves anyone under 18 in adult or sexualised content; impersonates another person or venue; attempts unauthorised access; or introduces malware, spam or automated scraping that disrupts the service.
6. Venue responsibility
Each venue remains solely responsible for its business, staff, customers, licences, permits, employment practices, safety, local-law compliance, advertising and transactions. Live A Go-Go is not the venue’s agent, employer, regulator, insurer or payment provider.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to maps, social platforms, booking services or venue websites. Those services are controlled by third parties and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or transactions.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, correct errors, perform maintenance or introduce new features. Future streaming or payment features will require separate terms, technical checks, venue agreements and any legally required approvals before launch.
9. Intellectual property
Except for user-submitted content, the Live A Go-Go name, design, software, text and original site materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the website for ordinary personal or authorised business purposes, but may not copy or commercially exploit the site without permission.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy, suitability or safety of any venue. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on venue information, third-party conduct or interruption of the service.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account, or remove content, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or action is necessary to protect users, venues, the public or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or laws that apply in your location.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions, correction requests or legal notices may be sent through the contact method published on the Live A Go-Go website.
